1. Processing and Shipping

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed on a business day before 5:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

All packages are shipped insured via POST NL and come with a track & trace code, so you can follow your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Estimated delivery time within the Netherlands: 1-2 business days after shipping
Delivery time to Belgium and other European countries: 3-6 business days after shipping

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from incorrectly entered addresses.

5. Delays and Issues

While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occur with POST NL, especially during busy periods like holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist you in tracking your package if needed.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if the tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 5 business days at info@dartmeister.nl.
